As Tom McAlister will tell, the Walkers Haute Route is a spectacular multi-day hike of the greatest collection of 4000m peaks in the European Alps, with large suspended glaciers, high passes, rugged remote landscapes, spectacular valleys, alpine meadows and colourful villages.
